Wind, sea salt, and Mediterranean scrub
Ora di pranzo
A versatile and original white wine, perfect for pairing with both meat and fish dishes, and ideal to enjoy at any time of the day… despite its name! Instantly recognizable for the citrus notes of the Cabernet, it surprises every palate with the touch of elegance imparted by the Sauvignon Blanc.

Le cose che contano
The youngest Sangiovese vines and the first harvested grapes are dedicated to the production of our rosé, Le Cose che Contano. The Ponente wind reaches the rows, giving them the characteristic saltiness of coastal wines. Direct pressing of the grapes preserves the fruit, creating a fresh and refined wine that celebrates the great tradition of Tuscan rosés

In attesa
A Sangiovese Maremma Toscana DOC made from the youngest vines at Val del Melo. The result is a fresh, easy-drinking wine with a lighter alcohol content compared to other pure Sangiovese wines. Like all our wines, Waiting is the product of careful manual harvesting that selects only the best grapes from each vineyard.
C’era e non c’era
Our interpretation of Cabernet Sauvignon, blended with Sangiovese to highlight the bond with Tuscan winemaking traditions. By aging in third- or fourth-pass tonneaux, we reduce the wood’s organoleptic influence, relying mainly on its porosity. The result is a structured and robust wine, yet still smooth and easy to drink.

La casa rossa
Our pure Sangiovese openly declares its deep connection to the land, with its name and label evoking the Diaccia Botrona of Castiglione della Pescaia. The proximity to the sea adds a rare saltiness and freshness to this variety, enhanced by long aging in large barrels. Elegance, international appeal, and Tuscan character make La Casa Rossa one of our most distinctive and appreciated wines.
